Goel’s Residence is a contemporary private home designed around openness, light, and modern living. Spanning 10,000 sq. ft., the residence reflects a clean architectural language with generous volumes. The design prioritizes spatial continuity and comfort across private and shared areas. A strong connection between indoors and outdoors defines the overall character of the home.
Design Approach
The planning centers around a triple height atrium that brings abundant natural light deep into the house. Open living and dining spaces flow seamlessly without partitions, enhancing connectivity and movement. The corner plot was strategically utilized with maximum windows for daylight and cross ventilation. Carefully planned layouts ensure privacy for bedrooms while maintaining openness in common areas.
