Design Approach
The layout is organized around a double-height central atrium that connects both floors visually and spatially. Designed in alignment with vastu principles, the atrium becomes the heart of the home. Each floor features thoughtfully designed common living areas with distinct themes and comfort-driven planning. Modern materials and finishes were selected to enhance scale without compromising warmth.
